The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social service programs that meet the needs of our clients.
This includes overseeing the daily operations of the department, managing staff, and ensuring that all services are provided in accordance with established policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social service programs that meet the needs of the community.
Provide direct services to individuals and families in need.
Develop and manage budgets for social service programs.
Work with community organizations to develop and implement social service initiatives.
Conduct research on social issues and trends in order to identify areas of need and develop solutions.
Monitor program performance and make adjustments as needed.
Supervise staff and volunteers in the delivery of social services.
